To some yes (and I like stars quite a bit) but generally speaking, the toner market will price a colorful toner in a PCGS holder higher than one...
They like to do that when I send coins in. :(:p

We have something called the "Ed Wood Grading Method" for those cases. You come in after the reveal and guess the right grade. :D
