From my experiences with NGC, the grades of coins I submit always get graded lower than what I think. I guess that's owners wishful thinking....
Same here. Unless I see the exact coin I'm buying I'll pass (exception are US Mint products that I rarely buy these days).
I hardly doubt that he's cherry picking the best examples for the grade to sell. He's obviously cherry picking the best examples he has in hand...
