Yes - I think it has been cleaned and possible recolored. The thing that bothers me the most is the pitting on the obverse. Just my opinion.

Hmmm - were the spots there before or after the grading. Went with 63 because that was my first thought.
Well at first it looked like just a dark carbon spot to me, but the really close zoom shot does make it look like a hint of verdigris. At $26...
