Crusty MS 62
Here is one of my show grading coins from the ANA show. Some might remember this one from before (it has been one of my interesting experiences)....
MS 64 ....nice look but maybe a few too many hits and reed marks to be a gem. And I think it just misses FBL (although it's a close call).
VF 35 ...plenty of hits but I don't think there is anything to make it a details coin
AU 55 ...I don't think it's details just a solid mildly circulated piece....and I'm guessing old Anacs holder
Should I try a different grade vs my CU guess to improve my odds? :p No; I'll be consistent and say a solid MS 65
They do not fit in any slab box. They are larger and somewhat irregular in shape. I briefly owned one several years ago and just stored it in its...

Wild guess of XF 45 ...based on the combo of wear and not seeing luster in the photo
The prices were increased by the mint starting January 1st, 2021. The reasoning given was that they were losing money on them. Here is a coin...
If you saw the thread on CU (as well as some past threads), it seems like the options for the ANA show are limited, with Chicago (Rosemont) being...
I feel you on the silver prices. I didn't stock up but I have some silver that was bought in the $30-$40 range too. I also regret not selling all...
Thanks! I'll stick with my original guess but wouldn't be surprised if it graded higher.
I'll guess MS 63 ....the cheek has a few hits but otherwise it seems clean (although the toning might be hiding a few marks); I'm not getting a...
Thank you for the info! Many things were priced high in general (that I knew the market value for) but that is generally expected at these big...
Thank you! I saw several tables that had Capped Bust coinage (less with Draped Bust), including one or two that had all raw. The raw ones looked...
