i got a proof 1965 quarter in change a couple months back. its like someone cut it out of a proof set. :kewl: :kewl:
it was eaither tumbled in a rock tumbler or someone dipped it in acid. or, it is a slug used in a soda machine.
probaly around 2,000-2,500. been collecting since 2003.
i think i would have started with the lowest value coins first. or, i would have started on state quarters first.
