Not a doubled die but it is doubled from a worn die and or a loose collar. It happens quite a bit.

It does looked raised but are you sure is a W? If you turn the coin 180* it could be an M . lol. At any rate I would consider it damage.

Kinda sounds like I did a number of years ago. But then I developed a plan and it worked. Don’t wait to save money for your coins, start now....
I have one mismatched serial number and they are hard to notice. I do not have but would like to obtain a mismatched letter. :)
