the only coins i allow myself to spend is the candian and other forighn coins i get. i haven't sold any of my coins since i started 4 years ago!
i usually look in my change for keepers before i put it into a container. everyones different though.

i would try to ebay them or take them to a coin shop. you might get a small premium over something like that.
