thats not rare at all. all what happened to make this is simply too much ink on one part of the rollers that print the bills.

i've gotton about 12 2007 cents. they have been minted, you just have to wait untill the bank orders them and puts them in circulation!
still very good for only 6 rolls!
also try flea markets, garage sales, antique shops, ect. cheap coins are all over the place!
nice find! is it in good condition? did you find any wheats in those rolls?
don't forget about the drive-thru's! one time i checked and found a bunch of change people had dropped. every time i go through a drive-thru, i check.
