HCC has them for $59.95. $89.00 is out of line. I just looked and APMEX has them at $69.00.
I have one of these and the 1973 RCMP Dollar. Both have crazy obverse toning from their case but do not have the half moon like yours.
I have to admit, the Dollar coins look great!
