I finished the state quarters just so I could say I finished a set. Very easy.
Coins that have original luster will usually grade higher, I'm guessing that's why its MS67.
Post below the first set you ever completed and when you completed it. Mine's the Fifty State Commemorative Quarters :P.
Is the value damaged? There are a few Mint-State ones.

Yes, on the obverse there appears to be the engraver's initials. I can make out "F n T v". however it is located at base of neck, not lower left.
