That is still a high mintage for the series.
This is making me want to do a short set of them now. I like the ones that drip with luster, and they can be hard to find.

I can not tell if the changes in color on the cheek are either scuffs or changes in the tone. I have the coin at 66.

I've especially noticed it on original toned coins. The bright white ones seem to still get good grades.

I find this interesting, in all my years of collecting and looking at slabs on ebay I have never seen a signature series slab for PCI.
