That is some severe die wear. Split serifs on IBE say it could be a DDO. Can you take a better photo of the L in full light? Most of the motto...
MD the second details are flat, and lower than the original devices. Md can happen anywhere on the coin, one letter or all of them.

A grade wouldn't hurt! But if you search missing clad layer there is a site that can give you approximate values. @paddyman98 could give you an idea.

I am in the 64+ camp, definitely muted luster, or low on the contrast.
the coin got a coupe rubs, I would say a technical Au58. A slider in my opinion, the hair lines are light.
