You will need clear detailed photos, crop them,then once the photo is uploaded click full size image before posting them.
I believe that there isn't any kind of rotation to the doubling, as with most Doubled dies. It goes from the rim towards the center in all directions.

That isn't a doubled die! If it is from one of the doubled working hubs, it is common and not worth a premium.
You can put it on a scale and see what it weighs, it does have that plated look though.
