Die cracks don't have the uniformity of a polish line. I saw that too. Makes me wonder if there is a surface crack visible between the die chips...

It's a lighter strike, Liberty's face is not very detailed. I am gonna say a MS 66
There are some other polishing lines in the area, The design of it and the way it is pronounced makes me think that it may be die crack, it also...
