Definitely a bulk handled.I didn't doubt it, seems to me that a 64 is closer to a 68 grade, if the Bulk handled coins top out at 65.
It looks like it has a very smooth earlier die luster. Nice looking Peace.

This one looks plated. I am not seeing any luster to give a silver toned look. It's a good reference for you in your collection.
