Hard to read the dark and blurry photos. If you are talking about the ty in Liberty that is machine doubling, and does not look like the DDO-001.
I don't see a raised second five. If there is one then it is either: A) Die deterioration doubling b) Machine doubling -flat and shelf like....

Get a light or two that you can move around until the details are shown in the photo. It's a challenge but can be done.
Just try to stabilize the camera. Get as close as you can without using the magnify function. Then crop and post the photos.
