    No, it isn't cellophane. It's pliofilm, a completely different product. And your coin looks like it may very well have come from my old '58 set.

    Good deal on 1982 George Washington Commemorative sliver proof half dollars!

    Pretty silly to do that when you can easily buy them for not much over $200. edit - some are even selling them now for less than $200.
