For Modern Rosie's that's it. There is evidence of Md or Strike doubling on all the leaves. Just put it in a 2x2 and come back to it.
It's a good one to stash away for reference, come back to it after some study!
The areas on his cheek are distracting, whether they are damage or planchet flaws it keeps it in the gem range. no better than a 65.
Any missing devices is what is called a clogged die, or a grease/debri filled die.
Those photos do not show the same as the Wexler examples. Either you haven't captured what is there easy to do, or you are seeing damage that...
