Notice how the tripling has taken away from the normal size of the MM? (which is normally very thick) this is MD.
They do have these for your cell phone. I have never used them, but some folks do for close up shots on MM or minor doubling, Might be worth a try...

Probably a die chip, could be moved metal from damage.
