Acetone removes many organic contaminants but doesn't remove inorganic stuff. A distilled water rinse won't hurt and might help. Sorry about...
Yeah, should have said that, but give it a distilled water rinse before encapsulating it to see if you can get off whatever is on the horse's leg.
