Now that you say Phraates - i see (I think) a "wart" on the forehead of the right hand inset image. Maybe.

Yes - close but not so close. Pointed beards. The 2 insets seem to be profiles also, but not crowned.
It's about 5" across. Slightly concave. Hefty for its size. It is not actually in my possession so I can't weigh it at the moment, but I will....
I know it's not a coin. But 8 images around central "mythological scene" look like they could be coins .... any guesses as to provenance??
