From the one side I'm thinking EF-45. Can't tell if it was messed with or not.
In silver these are like $20 to $30. Palladium is $100 to $200. Other $3. My reference book is 18 years old.

If it is an old print NCS will probably not wish to mess with it. It's also possible NGC saw the print when grading it and still gave it an AU grade.
