I'm thinking the die clashed reverse was the normal for this variety. No effect on value. Cool coin.
I'm thinking cleaned. Not sure what's going on with the obverse but it will hurt the value.
You did not say who graded the Lincoln but I will guess the dealer will probably offer About $300 for the pair.
It's best to have a starting price to tell the dealer.

I'm thinking it came in contact with some type of acid. The zinc core that is showing tells us it's 1982 or newer.
