That wreath looks awfully like the thunderbolt (fulmen). :) And the officina is ς (digamma) since Rome did not use Latin officina marks at the time.
Ah, and now, after some years and through many hands, it ended up in my collection....
Just one small quibble here. The officina is not A but Δ. The fourth code letter corresponds to the fourth workshop: AEQVITI + Δ
