No toning agent just put up in the closet in paper envelopes. They are getting to the point that I need to remove them. Before the toning goes too...
Not sure a lamination would still be attached. Does there seem to be a void in the area or is there attached metal?

This causes an elevation to a different color. Most that AT do not show this color change.

Your first step is to check MM position, as folks said the position is relative to the die that struck it. Stabilize that camera.
