    IH Grade opinion???

    To me the coin looks as if it was worked on at some point. The stained areas were probably much darker at one time.

    Opinions wanted or not, I'll give mine. The images make the toning on the high points look like wear. Can't see NGC blowing it that bad. 63-64...
