    Hi there. All the things you posted effect the value of the coin. Dirt, tarnish and toning are normal. Some toning can really increase the value....

    Yes, you must look at everything about the coin to come up with a value. We love images.

    Flying Eagle Cent, PMD or error?

    I would guess XF-40 or 45. The image makes it look cleaned. Post some more images when you can.

    Morgans-Love em or Hate em?
