PCGS? Wow. $50 down the drain and they will only show the grade on the slab. The second coin is not a DDO.

If it's actually silver it has that value. If not, it's worth about the postage it will cost if you sell it.
I don't feel the coin will grade. It's had a hard life. I'm not even looking at the toning. It's going to come back as damaged.
