Notice that ONE is reversed, the N is upside down, that is a dead giveaway for a vise job, or another cent pressed into the surface of the coin.
Personally, I would leave it. Maybe if it was a 77 or another key date.
Those are thick with corrosion. Unless you can find some key dates. I would just toss them to the wild.
