The scratches on the face are on the coin. The rest are on the holder. I can make them all go away in a different image.;)
Just some thoughts. Your system may have more than one type of USB port. Have you tried having the camera plugged in before you boot the system?...
You might try this. Click on start and type "program compatibility" in the search bar. This may help you find a way to run a 32 bit program.

I would not buy this coin from those images. Actually, I would not buy any proof from an image unless I really knew the dealer and could return it.

These are crazy to grade from images. The 3 cent silvers are worse. It's tough to see what's going on with the luster in an image. I like the coin.
Fake slabs can be hard to spot. Most folks don't get to see many in hand or in images. Like coins, the more real ones you see the better you get...
