The difference between the two is the mintmark. 342 is •ASIS palm branch and 344 is •ASIS• On yours, I can see the first •, but can't make out...

It looks official to me, the weak strike makes it look a bit off near the bottom, but the portrait is fine compared to other Constantinople issues.
