ICG may have just did a bunch of these to hand out at a show without calling them a sample on the slab.
I won't invest in anything else. If you do it right it will pay you for the rest of your life. It pays for every toy (coin) I buy.

Pretty coin but I don't feel PCGS would cross it. I would send it to NGC for a new holder.
Folks bust up proof sets and roll what they don't wish to have graded. Rolls like this should bring a bit more than face. If picked from...

Wild guess. $60 to $80 on the low end. Trying to sell them may not be very easy.
We would need to see the condition of each coin to help. As an example, the 1800 half cent could be worth a few dollars on up to several hundred...
