    How to determine value of a details coin?

    It's hard to put a value on coins like this because every coin is a different deal. Some problems kill most of the value and other problems only...

    What will help this coin?

    I would try water first and acetone after that and stop there. No rubbing of any kind. To me the coin looks like it lost it's skin to a cleaning...
