The people who distributed them to circulation didn't do a very good job. Some places have a bunch and other places have none.
I think a lot of people are short on funds and when coins are available they cash them in.

This one I processed about a year or so ago. I gave it some Ren Wax to improve and protect. I plan to do that with most as they become final....
