When buying proofs like these, be picky. There are lots of them out there. Buy one that's pretty.
I always tell folks to buy what they like but those are too worn for me. It may be tough to sell those in the future.
Some dealers will list a coin like this just for the advertising. It gets folks to look at the other coins they are selling.

Most any camera with macro will work. It's more about practice than it is about the equipment. Lighting takes time to learn. If you go with a DSLR...
