The coins are from the Ching dynasty. "Qianlong Tongbao" from Emperor Qianlong. Time period is from 1735–1796. Here is the Wikipedia link with...
The quarter doesn't feel like MAD. Coin looks pretty centered, imho. :happy: I think the teeth-like marks are just contact marks from mint bag.
Please don't be discouraged. Real mint errors are really hard to locate.
