    I figured the graders keys in the information and the labels get printed based on that information.

    PCGS certification...

    I don't think PCGS made a mistake. I have never seen PCGS use the same cert number several times on different coins. It has to be the seller...

    I would wait. I don't feel it's worth putting more money into it. With that said, PCGS may do it for you. It's listed in the CPG.
