It's been cleaned and has an odd color. The way the image was taken could be part of that. As a normal the coin should be a bit darker. I agree...
To me, it's a really pretty coin. Can't argue with the 66 grade. Nice work on getting the upgrade.

Look again. The lines go over everything and get worn down at the high points. It's clear to see in the images.
It's just damage. They are cuts in the coin. That will cause the raised and recessed lines you see.

It's very common to find mintmarks like those on the OP coins. The worker did not have a great deal of room to work with.
