Welcome back. Nice looking half. Most folks give up on scanners. As a normal, scanners don't capture the true look of coins.
At this point you need to weigh the coin. That will tell you if it has a missing layer.
It means it's a problem coin. It's scratched but has the details of an AU coin.
FS-901 is the variety # the Cherrypickers Guide list it as.

That's the way it works. They are in control but seem to make it right when they messed up.
If I owned this coin I would just put it away and watch it for a while in it's current holder. You never know what just a change in holders will...
I'm not going to say it's not out there but I have never seen information on all the die markers on all the Type 2s. I don't feel there are enough...
Just looking at the other items the seller has, he has no idea what he is selling in the way of coins. I don't think he is smart enough to know...
