Nice looking coin to me. I don't see anything that makes me think it's cleaned. I don't think it's important even if it was. Just a nice old dollar.

The shape of the top and bottom of the large and the small look much different to me. The small has a much tighter radius with the serifs tucked...
I agree with getting an accurate weight first. Question for the OP. Is the coin as round and the same size as a normal dime? Maybe just the angle...
With the new images using lighting from a different angle, I no longer see the RPM.
