I think many times the difference between what comes out 69 or 70 is dependent upon what the grader had for breakfast or lunch.........[ATTACH]
The Booker T's and Carver Washingtons are very reasonable in high grade. I find it challanging to collect high grade examples 'in the raw'. :)...
