There is the possibility of an increase in value, ,look at the Illinois quarter rolls.
Come on now, we want to keep mintages low on these ugly coins. If these guys do not like them so much the better.
Be sure to do a subscription on these as subscriptions are filled first and the proofs will be a short run (if they are issued at all).
Cleaning coins is about the worst thing you can do, the very thought of it makes coin collectors want to puke.
If you are not selling this would be great advice, also get a "red book" and underline the low mintage and more pricey dates like the 1895-o and...
