    e-bid is better than ebay, but ebay can have quality notes. I got lucky with mine at an indoor flea market, so maybe that or any local coin shop....

    After looking at the scans, it would grade more along VF+ - low grade XF. Based on that, only worth about face, but I am like everyone else here...
