Anything that is pre-1990's in Choice uncirculated is a keeper. These get rarer to find and worth more in that condition.
I agree with Steve. If you can afford to keep them, I would since they're stars. If not, spend them.
Looks like a decent find in fine condition. I have one similar in a better condition and I love it! I would keep it unless you needed emergency money.

Due to the condition of the bottom note and some soiling, not much more. You might be able to sell them for about 2x face, but that would be about it.
