    Not much into 'foreigns' but judging as a yank I'd put it as XF-40/VF-35. Welcome to the forum dear fellow.........:)

    I agree with Rusty's first choice........O-115. I don't think it's a 116 as I see no die crack crossing the lower tip of the eagles tail feathers.
