    1923 Silver Certificate

    I'm thinking low XF around maybe 40 to VF+ 30. The folds are light and would make it XF, but the corner issues and scuff marks could very well...

    4 1981 one dollar consecutive serial numbers worth keeping

    If they were star consecutives, I would scream to keep them. Since no fancy serial and no star, just old notes, I would spend them.
