I'd put it at XF due to what I perceive as 'wear' on the eagles wings on the reverse........
Reverse looks clean but there seems to be much 'chatter' on the obverse........'64 with a bump to '65 because of the colorful toning.......
Ditch the scanner for a point-and -shoot camera. You'll get much better results. I never was satisfied with my scanner results........none of them.

Red Book's got a section for these but they only provide you with the issue price.......no mintage.
