The obverse just looks like rolling machine damage. I don't know what is going on with the reverse.

This is called die rotation. It would need to be 90 degrees or more to matter. Keep on looking.

There is no plating on this year of cent. The coin took a hit from something, another coin, a drone, who knows. The mint mark is smashed.
Fakes could be made with the same marks.
