    1909-S VDB Cent - Grade??

    The die chip is my worry. Maybe it's there. It can be tough to catch it in an image. I agree it's suspect.

    I'll go with Fine but the color is wrong. It's been messed with. The mintmark also looks wrong. Can you zoom in on the mintmark?
