    It is a mess to understand. How pretty a coin is, is just one part/factor of grading. With a bit more luster, PCGS may have gave it a 66 but CAC...

    PCGS held it to a 65 because it's just not pretty. Sorry but that's how it is. CAC agreed with PCGS.
